How it works
A clear, fair process from application to payment
Every application follows the same four steps, and you can follow its progress from your account.
Step 1: Apply
A parent or guardian creates an account, enters the school fees, and uploads the fee invoice and the child's report card. Drafts save as you go.
Step 2: Review
Our reviewers assess eligibility and verify the school and fee information. If anything is missing, we ask you through your account.
Step 3: Decision
Approved applications receive the full amount of the grant plan the family picked. You are notified of every decision.
Step 4: Grant paid
We pay the grant into the account you chose (the school's or yours). You upload the school's receipt, and good results keep your child on the plan.
