Policies
Terms of Use
Draft for review. This policy is a working draft. It must be reviewed by the foundation and qualified legal counsel, including against the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the Child's Rights Act, before it is relied upon.
Using this website
This website lets parents and legal guardians apply for a tuition grant on behalf of a child. You must be at least 18 and be the child's parent or legal guardian to apply.
Your account
- Keep your password private and do not share your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- Only one account per applicant. Do not apply for the same child more than once in a funding period.
Accurate information
You must provide true and complete information. Applications that contain false or misleading information, or forged documents, will be declined. Any award made on that basis may be cancelled, and we may report suspected fraud to the authorities.
No guarantee of funding
Submitting an application does not guarantee support. Decisions depend on eligibility, verification and available funds. An approval is not a payment. Grants are paid only into the bank account given in the application (the school's or the parent or guardian's), after our team has verified it, and are treated as paid only once the transfer has been confirmed.
No fees
Applying is free. No one is authorised to charge you a fee or promise a faster decision on the foundation's behalf.
Changes
We may update these terms and the eligibility policy between funding periods. The version that applies to your application is the one in force when you submit it.
